Notifications, addressed by hashtag.
Publish a message to #builds from any script, CI job or AI agent. It pops up in Windows Notification Center on every device you subscribed. No webhooks to wire, no inbox to drown.

Three steps from zero to toast
HashRelay is a tiny relay between the things that know something happened and the person who should hear about it.
Install the agent
A per-user Windows installer sets up the tray agent and the hash-relay CLI, and pairs the device with your workspace in the browser.
Subscribe to hashtags
Pick the topics each device cares about: #builds, #deploys, #alerts. Subscriptions live in your workspace, not on the socket.
Publish from anywhere
Use the CLI, a one-line curl, or the .NET client with a tenant-scoped API key. Matching devices get exactly one native notification.
Publish with one request
Every workspace gets revocable API keys with explicit publish and subscribe permissions. Keys resolve to exactly one tenant; a key from another workspace can never reach your devices.
- onceMultiple matching tags still yield a single notification per device.
- replayOffline devices receive queued notifications on reconnect, within the replay window.
- idempotentSend your own
notificationIdand retries are safe.

Tenant isolated
Every record, key and connection is scoped to one workspace. Cross-tenant publication is rejected, not filtered.
Realtime
Agents hold an authenticated SignalR connection and reconnect automatically with backoff.
Device pairing
Devices pair with a short code you approve in the dashboard. Installed clients never embed publisher keys.
Native toasts
Real Windows notifications with your workspace name and tag, kept in Notification Center until you clear them.
Ready when your build is.
Create a workspace, download the agent, and get your first toast in under two minutes.
